"One farmer says to me, 'You cannot live on vegetable food solely, for it furnishes nothing to make the bones with;' and so he religiously devotes a part of his day to supplying himself with the raw material of bones; walking all the while he talks behind his oxen, which, with vegetable-made bones, jerk him and his lumbering plow along in spite of every obstacle."
~Henry David Thoreau

Hey thanks for visiting my blog! I linked you up, and here's another quote:
“I have no doubt that it is part of the destiny of the human race in its gradual development to leave off the eating of animals, as surely as the savage tribes have left off eating each other when they came into contact with the more civilized.” - Henry David Thoreau
Kind Regards
Reminiscence
I just discovered your blog this afternoon and am pretty excited about it! My partner and I are not anticipating having children for a few more years but have been discussing the unique pressures and struggles facing vegan parents. I'm excited to learn from your journey!!
