Mindy: I have no idea, but I wish I knew. My guess is there are no concrete numbers. I'd like to think that the percentage is high. Probably as high as any kids raised in a minority that you choose, meaning not race or sexual preference, but something like religion. I wonder what percentage of kids raised Zoroastrian in America stay that way? I'd be willing to bet it's a similar statistic (if not a bit higher for the veggies).
