Vegan MoFo Day 15 - Scrambled Tofu


I don't feel like writing much. So here are a couple photos of my scrambled tofu.




Basic ingredient list:
Tofu - one block, squeezed
Some frozen diced potatoes
Diced peppers
Spinach
Fresh ground pepper
Turmeric
Nutritional yeast

Lazy directions:
Just fry it all up.

This is something I don;t make often enough. It's easy, nutritious and tasty. Guess it's because it's one dish Omniman doesn't really care for.

No big deal, b/c I could eat the whole pan myself.
